Fellow Butterflies,

We are currently looking to fill some leadership positions in the 
Green Country Chrysalis Community both for coming Flight teams 
and for Chrysalis Leadership Board. This can be a great opportunity to 
give back to Chrysalis and get experience serving on a team or the board.

So if you are ready to step up and continue your flight in Chrysalis, 
Here is what you need to know about the commitment.

Leadership Board team:
Love for Christ and the wonderful people He was made.
	(Yes, Even the annoying ones!) 
A one year commitment to attend monthly meeting. 
	(Don’t worry! Meeting are only boring when you are not there)
Taking responsibility for the Chrysalis Community as a whole 
	and servant leadership of one area in particular.

Flight team:
Love for Christ and the wonderful people He was made.
	(Yes, Especially the annoying ones!) 
A one year commitment to attend ALL team trainings and the Flight. 
	(Don’t worry! Flight training is almost as cool as your flight)
Taking responsibility for the Chrysalis Community as a whole 
	and servant leadership of the coming Flight in particular.

While you consider serving, 
Remember the story told by the last speaker on each Flight, 
about the statue of Jesus in Germany, damaged by war so 
that the out stretched arms were destroyed and the simple sign added:
Christ has no hands but Yours!
